Rebecca Goessel, CPA, CGMA, is a business leader in assurance, accounting and accounting education. She began her career in public accounting with KPMG LLP where she was an assurance manager for both public and private clients. She also worked in industry as a Chief Financial Officer, Director of Finance, and Corporate Accounting Manager. She has a strong background in education, assurance BIG Four accounting, auditing, financial analysis, month-end closing, financial reporting, corporate budgeting, management reporting and financial consulting. She remains active in the business community through various organizations and board positions. She also has a passion for financial literacy education and worked with SCACPA to donate the Money Works Exhibit to The Children's Museum of the Upstate (TCMU) where financial literacy programs take place.
