Profile
CPT Ventura commissioned as a Second Lieutenant from George Mason University in 2018. Following graduation from the Armor Basic Officer Leaders Course, he was assigned to the 10th Mountain Division (Light Infantry), Fort Drum, NY from September 2019 through June 2022 where he served as a Long-Range Reconnaissance Platoon Leader and an Executive Officer in 1-89 CAV. Following Signal Captains Career Course, he returned to Fort Drum, NY in March 2023, where he served as a Battalion S6 in 1-87 IN. In September 2024 he took command of the Signal Company and deployed to the CENTCOM Area of Responsibility in support of Operation Inherent Resolve and remained in command until October 2025.
CPT Ventura's military education includes Ranger School, Airborne School, Army Reconnaissance Course, Army Space Cadre Basic Course, Mission Command Digital Master Gunner, Signal Captains Career Course, and the Armor Basic Officer Leadership Course.
CPT Ventura has been married to his wife Jill since 2018 and together have a daughter, Vivian and son, Breyden.
