Over 30 years of experience with corporate income tax compliance (federal, state, and international), multinational tax provisions (ASC 740) for both public and private companies, and corporate tax planning. Over 10 years of experience with Deloitte and EY from 1992-2003, followed by nearly 15 years as a partner in my own practice from 2004-2018. Partner at Crowe LLP since August 2018. Licensed CPA in Georgia. Member of AICPA and Georgia Society of CPAs. Adjunct Professor of Accounting at Mercer University from 1993-2018. Part-time Lecturer at Clemson University from 2013-2022, converting to Full-time Lecturer in 2023.
