Students in the Ph.D. program choose from one of three fields: US History, World History, or European History. Clemson faculty have expertise in all three fields and expertise across thematic emphases. Prospective students should consider contacting both the Ph.D. program directors, and faculty with whom they may wish to collaborate if admitted.
