Hurricane Helene Resources

Clemson Extension is helping the state assess the impact of Hurricane/Tropical Storm Helene on South Carolina agricultural production.

The Agricultural Impact Assessment form is publicly available to producers for individual farm and field reports as well as area reports by Extension agents. The assessments help in making recovery and aid requests for the state, and beyond.

Complete the impact assessment form. An internet connection is needed for online data entry.

Instructions, including a video for downloading the app and a PDF copy of the form, are available at the following link: https://arcg.is/0DXrGj.

This is a preliminary assessment and not an application for disaster aid. Contact your local Farm Service Agency office for questions related to potential disaster assistance.

Contact Patricia Carbajales-Dale or the staff at the Clemson Center for Geospatial Technologies: pcarbaj@clemson.edu, ccgt@clemson.edu or Dr. Adam Kantrovich, akantro@clemson.edu or your local county Extension agent, if you have any questions.
