The 2019 State Milk Quality and Products will consist of the following:

  1. Written Exam (2019 Written Exam will come from 2012-Current National Milk Quality and Products Written Exams)
  2. Cheese ID
  3. Team Activity: Pasteurization of Milk and Milk Products
  4. Milk Fat Content
  5. Milk Flavor ID and Evaluation
  6. California Mastitis
