Parking meters will not be reserved for SC FFA. There should be plenty of spaces on the streets but you will have to pay the meter. Also, there are plenty of parking garages near the capital. If you are driving a car or “normal” sized vehicle these are recommended.

On the garages, here is a summary:

At the Lady and Park street garages, the cost is $2.00 for the first hour of parking and another $1 for every hour after, up to a maximum of $10.

At the Washington Street, Taylor Street and Cannon garages (corner of Taylor and Sumter streets), parking is free whenever meters aren’t enforced. They’ll cost $0.75 an hour before 6 p.m. on weekdays. All three are within a block of Main Street and about a half-mile or shorter walk from the Vista.
