General

Responsibilities of the IACUC include oversight of the animal care and use program and its components at Clemson University as described by the agencies and policies outlined below:

All animal activities must be conducted in accordance with the PHS Policy on the Care and Use of Laboratory Animals, in accordance with the CU PHS Assurance Number D16-00435 (A3737-01) (continued full accreditation) and in accordance with AAALAC International standards (continued full accreditation issued July 08, 2024).
