  • (1) various topics related to accounting education: metacognition, self regulated learning, motivation, achievement goal theory, approaches to learning
  • (2) various issues related to Medicare and hospital performance: the impact of RAC audits, the Medicare payment system, fraud, hospital financial performance
  • (3) the teaching of ethics
  • (4) the decision utility of aggregated vs. disaggregated information
  • (5) methodology (statistics, models, etc.)
  • (6) the measurement of student perceptions of the learning environment
