Profile

My research centers on connecting microdata with theoretical models to study how knowledge diffusion and human capital formation affect growth and welfare. In recent work we study firms' willingness to train apprentices, using a large-scale policy change in Colombia. In other ongoing projects, we use rich inventor-patent data to study the role of interactions and team collaboration on innovation and growth.

Research Interests

  • Economic Growth and Development
