Access the IT Help PortalWireless (eduroam)
eduroam is the secure wireless network used by Clemson and many other campuses. Log in with username@clemson.edu and your Clemson password. Don’t forget to put @clemson.edu on the end of your username or you will not connect. Running your own Wi-Fi access point is a violation of your housing contract and interferes with eduroam access for those nearby.

ResMediaNet allows you to connect your TV, gaming console, Roku, Apple TV, etc. to wireless in residence halls. Devices connected to ResMediaNet in your residence hall room will need to be registered on the Clemson network each year. Enter or manage your connected device’s MAC address via the Network Registration System.

Devices connected to Ethernet ports in your residence hall room will need to be registered on the Clemson network each year. Once the device is connected to an Ethernet port, enter or manage your connected devices via the Network Registration System. If you are having issues with Ethernet ports in your room, email ITHelp@clemson.edu with the port description, room number and your contact information.

PaperCut allows students to print to any of the printers located in public computer areas on Clemson’s campus. Each semester all students are given a quota of funds that can be used for printing and plotting services. More information, including installers and quick start guides for Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, are available by visiting clemson.edu/papercut.
