Covid Office Information

The TigerOne office is currently operating under contactless procedures to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. Please review the following information if you need TigerOne support.

All of our services can be completed online.

 

  • Office Guidelines

    The TigerOne Office is open by appointment only. During this time, we ask that you please review the procedures for getting your ID and purchasing Meal Plans, TigerStripe or Paw Points, before visiting the office. All of our support services are offered remotely to ensure a safe and efficient response to our customers. If you are permitted to enter the office, please remember that mask usage is required.

     

  • Getting your TigerOne ID

    All students and employees are eligible to get the TigerOne Mobile ID at no cost from your supported device. To obtain a TigerOne Mobile ID, visit the Apple or Android support page.

    For new, replacement or broken physical TigerOne Card requests, please visit the Get Your TigerOne ID page to review specific instruction for receiving a physical card.

    Do not put in a request for a new card on the Online Office if you are an incoming first-year or Bridge student. You will be given instruction on how to provision your TigerOne Mobile ID from TigerOne before your arrival.
