Awareness and Training

Overview

The Office of Information Security (OIS) is committed to protecting the privacy of Clemson University students, alumni, faculty and staff, as well as protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information.

The OIS offers training and support to Clemson users to keep everyone informed and following cybersecurity best practices to protect themselves, information and systems within Clemson University.

Additionally, OIS offers helpful learning videos and guides via Tiger Training on topics like phishing, passwords and best practices. This page highlights some of the resources available.

Information Security Awareness Training Course Tips


  • Visit Tiger Training on your computer or mobile device to access information security online training.
  • This brief course can be completed through multiple sessions. To exit the course, click on the “Back To My Learning”. When you return, you will be prompted to “resume” or “restart” the course. 
  • Use the left menu and arrows to navigate through the course.
  • The arrows in the lower right corner are used to move forward/backward from slide to slide, while the course outline menu can only be used to navigate back to specific slides that have already been completed.
  • Each slide will play a voiceover, which must compelte before you can advance to the next slide.
