The facilities at the SC FFA Center provide the comfort that will make your stay enjoyable, while providing enough of a rustic feel to let you know you are at camp. The available facilities will provide your group with meeting space as well as recreational activities. This, combined with an expert staff that is available at your request, will guarantee a successful outing.
The SC FFA Center complex includes:

CABINS: The cabins (building 1-4) can accommodate 24-32 guest in each. The layout of the cabinsCabins 1, 3, and 4 have three bedrooms (a-10 b-4 c-10) with private bathrooms in each room and a common seating area. Cabin 2 has four bedrooms (a-10 b-6 c-6 d-10) with private bathrooms in each room and a common seating area. All buildings have twin bunk beds and central heating/air throughout.

BARRACKS: The barracks (buildings 5, 6, 8, and 9) can accommodate 20 guests in each of the four buildings. Each one has 10 sets of twin bunk beds with innerspring mattresses in one large central room. The communal style bathroom is connected to the main room. Each dorm has one small window AC unit in the main room.

Barrack 7 has the same layout as the other barracks but has central heat/air throughout and has been cosmetically updated.

COTTAGE: The cottage is a duplex, each side has its own kitchen, living room, bathroom, and two bedrooms. Bedrooms have two full beds and feature cable TV. Both sides have central heat/air, cable tv, and share a covered porch with a beautiful view of the salt marsh.

GUEST HOUSE: The guest house offers a large common area seating up to twenty people. It also has the ability to sleep sixteen. Each bedroom has two full-size beds, and cable TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a large dining room table.

GYM: The Gym has a full sized basketball court and stage but serves as a multipurpose building with four “break out” rooms that can be used for meetings or other activities. A variety of athletic equipment is also available. Please note there is no heating or cooling system in the main area.

CAFETERIA: The Cafeteria can seat up to 250 people for dining or meeting space. On-site catering is available for groups of twenty-five and larger. A standard menu is available on request. Special requests can also be accommodated. Please contact for specific pricing.


The Point House is located directly on the saltmarsh and has a beautiful elevated view of the marsh and inlet. It is screen-in and provides enough built in seating for a midsized group.

Kayaks trips are available to allow guest to explore the salt marsh and look for local wildlife. Paddle around the peaceful islands, nesting birds, and sandy beaches!

The swimming pool is nine feet deep and is one of the best ways to cool off after a hot summer day of the sun beating down on you. You can also tan in our reclining chairs, but don't forget your suntan lotion.

The low ropes activities offer groups different ways to work together towards a common goal and to build trust amongst its members.

The high ropes course offers individuals a chance to challenge themselves and encourage others to do the same. It is comprised of a seven element course is over twenty feet tall and includes a thrilling zip line finish.

The paintball course offers a wooded setting with a variety of bunkers barricades and obstacles to explore. Paintball is an excellent team building or recreational activity that allows participants to work together, practice leadership skills, and communication. All equipment including, safety mask, paintball marker, paintballs, and CO2 is provided.

The Putt-Putt course is a great way to pass the time and was renovated in 2015.

The grounds provide endless options for recreational and leisure activities. Including, athletic/recreation fields, picnic area, fishing, sand volleyball, and fire pit.
