Student well-being is at the core of our commitment. Student Affairs provides comprehensive health, wellness and counseling services to ensure students have the resources needed to thrive. By focusing on well-being initiatives, Student Affairs creates a healthier, more resilient student body designed to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
Culture of Care: Building Community and Belonging
Fostering a culture of care means creating a campus environment where students, faculty and staff support one another, build connections and develop a powerful sense of belonging. Student Affairs is shaping compassionate student leaders and creating community and connection designed to last well beyond a student's time at Clemson.
Spaces and Places: Where Students Connect
Students need dynamic spaces to connect, collaborate and engage with each other. Student centers, leadership and group spaces, and recreational facilities serve as vital hubs for connection. Student Affairs provides spaces and places to strengthen students' connection with each other and with Clemson.
Laying a Foundation: Ensuring Postgraduate Success
Student Affairs provides a foundation for students to thrive not only academically but also as engaged citizens and compassionate leaders. Through experiential learning and leadership opportunities, students develop core competencies that shape them into problem-solvers and global thinkers. Through our foundational programs, students leave Clemson prepared to immediately apply these competencies in their careers.
