Clemson Extension employs Extension Agents who work closely with state extension specialists and researchers located on campus and at the various research and education centers located across the state. Your local Extension Agents provide expertise in Agribusiness, Agronomy, Food Safety & Nutrition, Horticulture, Livestock & Forages, Forestry and Wildlife Resources, Water Resources, and 4-H and Youth Development.

2017 Saluda 4-H Pullet Project
Learn to raise baby chicks to a full grown laying hen. Through this project, you will receive 15 to 30 baby chicks. You will raise them until September where some will be shown and sold at auction. The remaining ones are yours to keep. Applications available here.
Cost - $10 4-H membership.

2017 South Carolina Meat Goat Project
Raise a goat through the South Carolina 4-H/FFA Meat Goat Project. Goats can be purchased through the program at $150 each or you may obtain your own South Carolina born goat and join the project for $50. Applications available here.
