Clemson Extension’s Be Well Informed is an education program that provides private drinking well owners with the opportunity to learn about well maintenance best practices and water quality. As part of this program, participants can have their well-water screened for recommended parameters that include information on pH, salinity, nitrates, and pathogen presence. Coming soon!

A webinar for private drinking water well owners

Be Well Informed is a well maintenance and water quality screening program for private drinking well owners in South Carolina. Join us on September 24th for an introduction to this program to learn more about your drinking water well and what's involved in the water quality screening process. You will have the opportunity to submit questions during the registration process, which will be discussed during the webinar.
The Preview for Be Well Informed one-hour webinar will provide an overview of well maintenance best practices, well water quality considerations, and a question and answer session. Due to COVID-19, the full version of this program along with screening for contaminants will be held at a later date.
