4-H Special Interest Clubs
4-H Kids in the KitchenLeaders: Dawn Hinnant and Margie Sippel
The Kids in the Kitchen club is for Sullivan Middle School students and will meet on select Fridays during the school year, after school at Sullivan Middle School. This club is centered around enjoyable experiences within the kitchen while youth expand their knowledge and culinary skills. Activities include cooking, baking, kitchen techniques, culinary tips and tricks.
4-H Historical ClubLeaders: Ellen Mayes and Club Assistant Kelly McDaniel
This club is for youth ages 10 to 18 that would like to explore the history of the upstate and visit historical sites. The club will typically meet on the 1st Wednesdays of each month from 10:00 am until 12:00 pm. The club meeting dates and location may change as the group explores and learns about the history of this area. Public speaking, citizenship, and leadership skills of 4-H'ers are enhanced through this club. Parents will need to stay for transportation if needed during some of the meetings.

4-H Palmetto Robotics Club

This club is for youth ages 9 to 14 who will meet on the 4th Wednesday of each month at 3:00pm at the Fort Mill Library from September to May. This is a hands-on club designed to capture 4-H’ers curiosity, and build an interest in science and engineering through teamwork, collaboration, and leadership skills. This club participates in competitions, which aids them in learning to appreciate science and technology through the use of Lego robotics. Team building, citizenship, and leadership skills of 4-H'ers are enhanced through this club.
