 Research Interests

My current project is supplementing dietary oregano oil and evaluating the effects of production performance, welfare, behavior, and egg quality of laying hens.
I am assisting with running the study of replacing corn with 50% sorghum in the laying hen's diet and its impact on performance, egg quality, and welfare.
