Sandhill Research and Education Center
The Clemson University Sandhill Research and Education Center (REC) remains CLOSED to the public until further notice. The Sandhill REC is an agricultural research center and one of Clemson’s six RECs strategically located throughout the state. We are NOT affiliated with any of the state, county or municipal parks or recreation centers. Our closing follows Clemson’s protocols and is in consideration of the safety and wellbeing of the public and our staff. Information on any changes to the current situation will be posted at the appropriate time. Please continue to practice safe distancing and all other recommended practices. Be safe and stay well.

While the needs of the agriculture industry in South Carolina have changed significantly in the 92 years since the gates opened at the Sandhill Research and Education Center, its mission of meeting those needs has never wavered.
