
Outstanding Young Alumni Award Nomination Form
The college is seeking nominations for the next Outstanding Young Alumni Awardees. The Outstanding Young Alumni Award recognizes fast-track young graduates under 40 who are making a major impact on the world around them. This honor singles out those who have:
- Achieved significant career success, or
- Made notable contributions to society through professional service, or
- Have developed substantial advancements in engineering or science.
Award winners should be able to join us in Clemson, SC on May 1, 2025 for the ceremony. The deadline for nomination submissions is January 24, 2025.
Nomination Guidelines

Eligibility
Candidates must be Clemson University College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences graduates who are less than 40 years of age at the time of nomination.

Selection Committee
The selection committee is comprised of the Dean of the College, plus two senior CECAS faculty members appointed by the dean; two alumni of the College of Engineering, Computing and Applied Sciences; and two representatives of the CECAS Advisory Board.

Selection
A maximum of five awards may be given annually.

Recognition
Awardees will be recognized at a ceremony and given commemorative awards.
