Clemson University's Engineering Leadership Minor is designed to cultivate the leadership skills of undergraduate engineering students. It offers a curriculum focused on developing essential leadership abilities specifically for technically-minded students.   • What courses and additional credit hours are included in the curriculum?

    The Engineering Leadership Minor is a 15-credit hour minor. It is designed to complement your major coursework and can typically be completed within the standard four-year timeframe. For elective courses, you may choose between over 30 eligible identified electives.

Stand out in competitive engineering roles with an Engineering Leadership minor

The minor is open to all undergraduate students within the College of Engineering, Computing, and Applied Sciences (CECAS) who are in good academic standing within their respective majors.

Beginning in Summer 2024, the minor will be published in the 2024-2025 Clemson University Catalog, and students can officially add it to their records. Students will add the minor in iRoar --> Student Self-Service --> Student Records --> Undergraduate Change of Program: Major, Minor, Emphasis, Catalog Year.
