Annika Kuleba serves as the Environmental Research Manager for Dr. Thomas O’Halloran’s Lab at the Baruch Institute of Coastal Ecology and Forest Science. She earned her M.Sc. in Forest Resources from Clemson University in May 2025, where her research focused on soil carbon accumulation and greenhouse gas emissions in Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) restored wetlands in the Midwest. Her work contributed to the Monitoring, Assessment, and Evaluation (MAE) Projects supported by the Farm Service Agency, which aim to quantify the environmental benefits of the Conservation Reserve Program on water quality and quantity, wildlife, rural economies, and climate resilience.
