Onboarding New Employees
The direct supervisor is the most influential person in the onboarding process and is key to the successful integration of new employees into the organization.
Supervisors should ensure all new employees complete their New Employee Checklist and register and attend New Faculty and Staff Orientation.
Supervisors should complete the Onboarding checklist to ensure new staff and faculty are onboarded well.
