This phase entails crafting position descriptions and job advertisements as well as obtaining institutional approval to recruit for the position.
Recruit
Interview/ Selection
This phase includes candidate review, interviewing and selection utilizing a systematic and standard approach that allows for an objective and transparent process.
Hire
This phase occurs when a final candidate has been selected and involves verification of reference check completion and a University background check for external candidates. The background check request process is included in the hiring business process.
