  • Provide data and status updates on applicant pools.
  • Assist with recruitment tools: Interfolio, Peoplesoft, Spark Hire One- Way Interview platform, Skill Survey Reference Checking tool, and Skills Testing through IBM Kenexa.
  • Provide additional sourcing and guidance for hard-to-fill or executive level searches.
  • Assist with screening applicant pools exceeding 50 total applicants.
