- Answers general HR and payroll support questions

- Assist with recruitment tools: Interfolio, PeopleSoft, Spark Hire One-Way Interview platform, SkillSurvey Reference Checking tool, and Skills Testing through IBM Kenexa.
- Manages reference checks (SkillSurvey)
- Provide additional sourcing and guidance for hard-to-fill or executive level searches.
- Assist with screening applicant pools exceeding 50 total applicants.
- Provide information to assist with preparation for search process.
- Provide marketing materials for all levels of positions prior to in-person interview.
- Campus tours for on-campus executive-level interviews.
- Full search concierge service for executive-level positions
