 Research Interests

Overarching research objectives: (1) determine the necessary human capital (i.e., preparation, training, and support) for school-based agricultural education (SBAE) teachers and Extension educators to be effective; (2) investigate the self-efficacy of educators (i.e., SBAE and Extension) to integrate and teach STEM in the context of agriculture; (3) evaluate the preparation, in-service training, and retention of SBAE teachers.
