Garland currently serves as Director of Research Farm Services, a position he has held since 2005. He has been with Clemson University since 1994 and has previously held positions as Associate Director, Farm Manager/Shop Foreman, and Research Technician. Garland is President of USA-FEPP, a national professional association of Land Grant personnel and administrators who are involved in Federal Excess Property. He also serves on the Board of Directors of the Southeast Governmental Fleet Management Association, where he is immediate Past President.
