As an Upstate SC native and Clemson graduate, I have enjoyed a career in health and nutrition education in public and private sectors including health systems and business partners in corporate wellness. I have a passion for empowering community members to take charge of their health through nutrition and prevention efforts. I love to explore beauty the outdoors throughout SC and NC.
