Profile

Dr. Carlos García is a Postdoctoral Fellow at Clemson University, engaged in research and extension projects on forage production, livestock sustainability, and nutrient cycling in pastures. His experience spans Peru, Brazil, and the United States, with a focus on evaluating practices that enhance productivity while reducing environmental impact. He works with producers through workshops and educational materials, and also contributes to scientific and extension publications. He is a member of professional societies including ASA, CSSA, SSSA, AFGC, and ALPA, and remains committed to building interdisciplinary networks that support sustainable forage–livestock systems.
