 Profile

My research focuses on integrated pest management strategies. Currently I am working on refining a trap crop system for managing thrips in tomatoes and horticulture crops. In addition to my scientific research I am active in disability advocacy and raising awareness and acceptance for individuals on the Autism Spectrum. To this end I am part of
Graduate Student Government (Justice, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion , JEDI), Illinois Autism Taskforce and Adult Transition committee, DuPage Family Disability Network president.

 Research Interests

Integrated pest management, biochemistry, epidemiology and educational outreach for underserved and underrepresented populations.
