Faith Lawrimore Truesdale is a believer in young people and their capacity to change the world. As the Florence County 4-H Youth Development Agent, she works to lead the Florence County 4-H Program to fulfill its motto “To Make the Best Better.” In addition, to volunteer training and management, Mrs. Truesdale delivers leadership, personal development, agriculture and natural resource programs. She also serves as the Pee Dee Region Rabbit Project Coordinator and Junior Leadership Florence County Program Director.
Prior to joining the Clemson Cooperative Extension Service, Mrs. Truesdale served as the Women/Youth/Young Farmer Program Coordinator for the South Carolina Farm Bureau Federation.
Ms. Truesdale serves on the Executive Committee for the South Carolina Association of Extension 4-H Agents, Extension Senate, Johnsonville Elementary PTO President, Florence County Farm Bureau Women’s Committee and the Hemingway First Baptist Youth Council.
Faith and her husband, J.P., along with their 3 kids, operate the family’s 5th generation farm.
