Extension and Outreach
As an Extension Officer in the Department of Agriculture and Farmers' Welfare, I engaged directly with farmers to provide them with practical advice on modern agricultural practices. I organized training workshops and field demonstrations to showcase new techniques and technologies, helping farmers enhance their yields and reduce costs. I also conducted regular assessments of crop health and soil conditions, offering tailored recommendations for pest management and fertility improvements. Additionally, I facilitated access to government schemes and subsidies, ensuring that farmers received the support they needed for sustainable farming. Through these efforts, I aimed to empower farmers and contribute to the overall development of the agricultural community.
