Profile
Mira Mihajlovich began working as the CAFLS Research Development Specialist in November 2018. Her role involves assisting faculty with finding research and education funding, project ideation, and proposal review and editing. She brings more than 25 years of experience in grant writing, research and project development, consulting, and research administration. As an attorney, Mira taught legal writing and served with federal and state appellate courts, in addition to working for both a federal (HHS) and state agency (Indiana Department of Environmental Management).
Mira is a member of the National Organization of Research Development Professionals (NORDP), and became a Certified Workshop Leader in Strategic Doing https://strategicdoing.net/while at Clemson University. As a Workshop Leader, Mira can assist faculty in collaborating with stakeholders to identify overall goals and develop pathways to completing successful projects.
