Profile

I am a PhD student in Food, Nutrition, and Packaging Sciences at Clemson University, focusing on AI-driven, non-destructive sensing for fresh produce quality assessment. My research integrates multispectral and hyperspectral imaging with machine learning to evaluate leafy greens and other crops for harvest timing, postharvest quality, and supply chain optimization.
I hold an M.S. in Horticulture and Agronomy from UC Davis and previously worked as a Scientist at AgroFresh, where I conducted applied research on fruit quality, shelf life, and postharvest technologies for high-value crops.
