Rosemary has significant experience in environmental education and has served as an educator and management professional for many years. Rosemary is a certified Environmental Educator through the Palmetto Environmental Education Certification (PEEC) program. She is also a certified Midlands Master Naturalist. Rosemary enjoys helping young people discover their connection to the natural world around them. Her program areas of interest include Natural Resources, STEM, and Healthy Lifestyles.

Rosemary is a member of the National Association of Extension 4-H Youth Development Professionals, South Carolina Association of Extension 4-H Agents, National Association of County Agriculture Agents, South Carolina Association of County Agriculture Agents, Association of Natural Resources Extension Professionals, Environmental Education Association of South Carolina (board member), and South Carolina Wildlife Federation Board of Directors.
