Action Scholars

Ready to make an impact?

Join this new Honors initiative that aligns with Clemson University’s Experiential Learning focus.

Students who participate in the Action Scholars program will join in their first year and commit to the program throughout their Honors College enrollment.

Action Scholars participate in a kick-off retreat and enroll in an Action Scholars course in the spring of their first year. This course will focus on developing their plan for both personal and professional action and impact. Students also receive ongoing mentorship, professional development and unique Experiential Learning opportunities through the duration of their time in the cohort, which will conclude the program in a capstone course.

Information Sessions

Information Sessions about the Action Scholars program are scheduled for:

  • September 24, 2025 from 4-5 p.m. in the Great Hall
  • October 7, 2025 from 5-6 p.m. via Zoom
