Profile
Parker Morse Andreoli, PhD, is a Clinical Assistant Professor and the M.Ed./Ed.S. Program Coordinator in the Department of Educational and Organizational Leadership Development. Prior to her doctoral studies, Parker served in several teaching and leadership roles in Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools for nearly 10 years. She also served in the educational nonprofit sector where she worked alongside high school principals in Chicago Public Schools to create greater access to and successful experiences within advanced courses for traditionally underrepresented students.
Parker's professional interests center on teaching and researching alongside educators to better understand how school leaders influence opportunity gaps experienced by marginalized students. She is also interested in better understanding how to create transformative learning experiences for school leaders, particularly through engagement in improvement science. Parker's research has been published in the Journal of Educational Change and the Journal of Educational Administration. She has also contributed to works in Educational Administration Quarterly, International Journal of Mentoring and Coaching in Education, Journal of School Leadership, and Leadership and Policy in Schools.
